The stitching were not acceptable on some of the items not all. Colors were COMPLETELY OFF compared to the samples that were shipped to them directly from me, and they added pockets that weren't part of our approved original sample design. Customer service great at first but once we got our order and errors it was like they trying to get me to respond on whatsapp and not through Alibaba, Samples were good halfbulk order was unacceptable. The feathers did not match the detailed instructions I provided. Still missing part of shipping. Colors are off on a 3rd of the inventory. Embroidery were not proportions were incorrect on some, and placed on areas we didn't ask for. I was assured they could handle our large order, but clearly they could not in the time we requested and our order was delayed. It initially started great but ended bad. I felt we were being blown off withour concerns after speding $20K. Kym went to my IG calling me a liar becuase they made errors on an order I paid $$

Amazing quality, was made as closely as possible to my tech pack and mockup. Only problem was that the wash made the prints very grey instead of white which was out of there control but everything ✅
